Hi, I am Sean O'Hare, born is raised in the North Of Ireland, County Tyrone.
My passion and purpose for Self-development began back in 2017 when at age 13, I experienced severe Anxiety and Depression which completely turned my life upside down.
A year later in 2018, while I was trying to take control back of my life after daily suffering I was offered by a local company to write a blog post on Mental Health and my experience. Unexpectedly, my blog post reached over half a million views worldwide which brought great opportunities and connections.
A few months later my blog post reached Cliona O'Hara's attention and soon after I had my first mentor, Cliona O'Hara (CEO). At 14 years of age I worked closely with Cliona each day within the Proctor Gallagher Institute as she also helped change my life forever. Taught and mentored by Cliona O'Hara, I am now a coach within Cliona's Company as we join paths on our journey to change billions of lives all over the world.
