I am a partner at Deloitte and one of the executive leaders there and have been in Executive and Board roles for over 10 years. As part of my role I have done mentoring and coaching and have let teams of more than 200 people at all levels. I am in a sales driven business and have had a lot of motivation from Think and Grow Rich and lve used the book to lead my teams with results of high performance which is sustainable. Recently I have been invited to speaking engagements where I give the message of how ordinary people can become great, use their mind and thoughts to achieve their goals and fulfill their purpose. In the past year I have spoken in South Africa, Spain and USA. I am also a licence holder for Think and Grow Rich Movies in Africa for motion pictures. I have also participated in Moms Rising which is a Think and Grow Rich Movie as one of the twelve mothers who tell stories on how they have used the principles of the book to succeed. I am married with five children ranging from ages 30 and 21.
