The Lion's Gate is steered by an array of distinguished spiritual leaders. Lead by the intuitive idea to create the Lion's Gate, CEO of the Napoleon Hill Institute, Cliona O'Hara. 

Joining the lineup, is accomplished  master teachers, Scott Edwards, and Marc Jospitre, both personally mentored by the legendary Bob Proctor. Finally, we are honored to include Dolly Alessandra, the Global Vice President of the Master Coaching Division at the Napoleon Hill Institute  and Chiara Sharp NHI’s Spiritual Advisor, Director Of Australia & Master Teacher. Tina Gray, Master Coach and Rapid Transformational Trainer Trained directly by Marisa Peer will also be providing 1-1 private sessions during the retreat.  Cliona O’Hara will create a transformational recording for the clients to embed and embody the new image created at the retreat.

The Lion’s Gate - Terms & Conditions

This agreement is between you, THE CLIENT, and Napoleon Hill Institute, The COACH/FACILITATOR.

Your Lion’s Gate Experience Includes:

- Lion’s Gate Retreat Materials: Complete Lion’s Gate materials, which includes books, audio recordings, digital products & an all inclusive 5 star experience in Mexico with the leaders at NHI. 

- Weekly Lion’s Gate Preparatory Sessions leading up to the retreat via the Lions Den weekly study group. 

- Access to Study & Grow Rich Program for 6 months ($99/Month Value) as long as you are current with your payment of Lion’s Gate.

- Retreat Delivery: Through an in-person 4-day spiritual experience in Mexico with Leadership team:  Cliona O’Hara, Chiara Tino, Marc Josipitre, Dolly Alessandra, Scott Edwards, Adora Evans and More..

- Term: One-time payment of $15,000 or installments of $5,000, continuous until paid in full.

- Session length for typical Sessions: 90 Minutes.

- Session frequency for Sessions: 3 per day

- Session for Preparation:  Attend weekly Lions Den Sessions. 

- Session for Preparatory Details of Trip: Video Conferencing via Zoom in a group call with other retreat participants. (Two weeks prior with leadership team)

- Session Review: All preparatory sessions will be recorded so the CLIENT can review them for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The CLIENT agrees not to post, share, or broadcast any of these recorded sessions. The recorded sessions will be available for review in The Lions Den Program via NHI website.  The recordings may be available for life. 

The service provided to the CLIENT is as per the retreat outline above. All information provided by the CLIENT will be kept confidential. The CLIENT understands that this is a SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE, NOT ADVICE, PSYCHOTHERAPY OR COUNSELING, and THAT THE COACH/FACILITATOR HAS NOT REPRESENTED HIMSELF AS A PSYCHOTHERAPIST OR COUNSELOR.

THE CLIENT ENTERS INTO THIS RETREAT WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN EXPERIENCES AND OUTCOMES, THAT NO GUARANTEE FOR RESULTS HAS BEEN PROMISED TO THE CLIENT BY THE COACH/FACILITATOR.

The CLIENT(s) agrees to the following: 

- To attend all sessions and events on time during the retreat. If you know you will be late, notify the facilitator in advance.

- Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that the retreat is an opportunity to delve into your spiritual journey.

- Make a commitment to engage fully in all retreat activities and to adhere to the guidelines provided.

- Retreat fees are collected before attending the Lion’s Gate spiritual experience.

- Due to the nature of the Retreat, no refunds can be given. Only credit will be provided for a future event or experience. All funds will be deemed earned upon receipt and confirmation of your spot in the retreat.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 7 DAYS FROM BOOKING.

The CLIENT’s payment and digital acceptance of these terms to acknowledge these terms on this agreement indicate compliance with the above requests and understanding of the experiences provided.
